Content Ownership and Usage Rights

• You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content you generate for personal or commercial purposes, provided that such use does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Generating or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others (including but not limited to explicit material).
• Using the Service to intentionally mislead or deceive users or any other person.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service.

Subscription Details

• You may cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Projects and account data remain accessible post-cancellation.
• Unused credits do not roll over. Upon renewal, credits reset per your plan. For annual plans, you get all your credits upfront, and they reset every year.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable. For technical issues, contact support for assistance.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any generated content will be deleted.

Intellectual Property

We do not pre-approve user content but may remove anything that violates these Terms. All design elements, code, and trademarks of the Service are owned by Vidd AI. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
